The National Fallen Officer Foundation

Fellow American,

Special officer Angela Washington – wife, mother, and grandmother – was gunned down in our Nation’s Capitol while on patrol. Days later, Deputy Joshua Moyers was brutally shot in the face and back 30 miles outside Jacksonville, Florida.

Unfortunately, both of these officers died of their injuries. And the families of officers like them need our immediate support.

Please make your generous investment of $25, $50, $100, or even $1,000 to help the National Fallen Officer Foundation support the families of law enforcement officers who are killed in the line of duty as well as those injured by criminals and live to share the details.

officer Angela WashingtonOfficer Washington and Deputy Moyers were senselessly and needlessly killed by criminals who thought they could get away with murder. Those killers will be brought to justice, but the families of these brave officers will never fully recover.

That’s why our mission is so important. We connect concerned citizens like you with opportunities to support the families of fallen officers across the country, and your generosity eases the pain of burying a loved one who was killed while serving their community as well as helps our organization educate the public on the threats facing the law enforcement community throughout America.

Deputy Joshua MoyersDeadly attacks on law enforcement are way up this year! Ambush attacks are up 103% -- 93 officers shot in 75 attacks so far. And as a 22-year veteran of the Dallas Police Department, serving during the 2016 fatal shooting of five of my fellow officers, I know how these officers and their families feel today.

These brave men and women leave their homes every day wondering if they will return from their shift. And when they don’t – when they serve their final watch – they leave behind fellow officers, loving families, and caring communities.

Stand with the National Fallen Officer Foundation as we support brave men and women like Officer Washington and Deputy Moyers who have served their final watch. Chip in $1,000, $100, $50, or even $25 to help us support families of officers like these two as they come to terms with the deaths of their loved ones.

Our work is too important to let up now. I hope we can count on you today.
