There are fast-moving MAJOR developments in the fight to save unborn babies. And today is a big Supreme Court deadline.

Last month, the Supreme Court refused to block an abortion ban in Texas. But President Biden immediately demanded that a federal district court block it anyway. In quickly issued opinions, this lifesaving law was struck down by one federal judge and then temporarily put back in place by a federal appeals court. Now the Biden DOJ is demanding it be struck down again.

These whiplash decisions JUST happened in the last few days. Planned Parenthood says it's "grieved," claiming this law will "decimate abortion."

Planned Parenthood and the abortion lobby are backed into a corner, and we have a vital opportunity to help deliver a deafening defeat in another case already before the Supreme Court that could overturn Roe v. Wade and save countless lives. For the first time in decades, the abortion industry will be forced to answer for the legal fallacies and constitutional contortionism of Roe v. Wade.

We've just filed (not one but) THREE critical amicus briefs at the Supreme Court to strike down Roe v. Wade, defeat abortion, and SAVE UNBORN BABIES' LIVES. And TODAY is the Supreme Court deadline for the final brief to be filed in this monumental case.

We're also representing Governor Kristi Noem and the State of South Dakota in federal appeals court, fighting for a state law to be upheld that could save thousands of babies.
