Friend, in the past few years, our nation has
seen increasingly worsening hurricanes, flooding, blizzards, and
so much more.

We’ve seen it right here in California, with raging wildfires
that destroy forests and homes, threaten our air quality, and
harm ecosystems.

In fact, the Alisal Fire is currently causing irreparable damage
to California’s Central Coast. And team -- we
know worsening wildfires are not random accidents:

Climate Change Is Central to California's Wildfires

It’s clear that we need to do more -- it’s why I’ve always
championed the fight against climate change including supporting
the Green New Deal.

But MAGA opponents funded by Big Oil and Gas are doing everything
they can to stop any climate change progress!

That’s why I’m asking you for help: I need 200 grassroots
supporters to chip in any amount to DEMAND climate change action
and fight back against Big Oil. Can I count on you to chip in ANY
amount? » (

We’re running out of time to act, we can’t sit back any longer.

Thank you for taking action,

Mark Takano

He's been a voice for veterans, seniors, students, local businesses and hardworking families. But now, our Democratic House Majority is seriously at risk. The leadership of progressive Democrats like Mark will be critical to holding Republicans accountable and ensuring the healing of our country during this challenging time.
