Terry is counting on a swell of grassroots support, because he’s up against a wealthy opponent who has a fundraising lead thanks to $12 MILLION in loans from his own bank account. With the support of a massive war chest, Terry’s opponent has been able to launch ugly attack ads.

Terry’s opponent also has the support of Donald Trump. The GOP candidate is still perpetuating Trump’s big lie of 2020 election fraud to stay in Trump’s good graces.

Virginia’s governor’s race is going to be close. Cook Political Report rates it as a toss up, and polls show it’s a virtual tie.
