A few days ago, I sent a personal plea asking for your help in regards to the subpoenas Women for America First received from the January 6th Select Committee. If you missed it, I have forwarded it below.
I wanted to give you a quick update on what has happened since then...
Our attorneys requested an extension to hand over documents as they are asking for thousands of documents from November 1, 2020 to present day. The deadline to hand those over is tomorrow (October 13th) and we still don't have an answer on said extension.
This is incredibly disappointing and a huge stress. The subpoenas are about 20 pages each. The time required to even collect all of what they are requesting is an enormous task with such a short deadline. Not to mention, it's a huge abuse of power to demand we turn over all thousands of documents that they have no right to!
We've been saying this over and over, this is a witch-hunt that is hell bent on destroying anyone who supported President Trump.
We are trying to hold strong but this has already been emotionally and financially exhausting... and this is just getting started. We have a long road ahead and can't do it without YOU.

ICYMI, the January 6th Select Committee has subpoenaed us (WFAF Chairman, Amy Kremer and Executive Director, Kylie Jane Kremer) to testify regarding our rally at the Ellipse with President Trump.
Even more egregious, they have requested THOUSANDS of documents from November 2020 until now regarding our Stop The Steal rallies, March for Trump bus tours and our three massive DC rallies (11/14, 12/12 & 1/6).
THIS IS ABUSE OF POWER 101.
This isn't about getting to the truth about what happened on January 6th at the Capitol. If it were, they would release the 14,000 hours of video they are holding.
Pure and simple, THIS IS A WITCH-HUNT!

They are even threatening us with "criminal referrals" if we do not comply.
We have every intention of complying as it is our chance to tell the truth of what happened January 6th, on the record.
This is a massive expense for our organization. Tens of thousands of dollars for legal bills and this has only just begun.

This is not just an attack on Women for America First. This is an attack on We The People.
WE THE PEOPLE are everyday moms, dads, veterans, teachers, entrepreneurs, healthcare workers, etc who believe in the United States Constitution and want to uphold all that Lady Liberty holds dear.
They WILL NOT silence us. Speaker Nancy Pelosi, January 6th Select Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson and their minions WILL NOT intimidate us.
BUT we need YOUR help to stand up to them and carry this fight when meeting with Congress. We absolutely cannot fight this battle without your support.
