I’m Eva, a Squad Leader fighting for my immigrant community here in the Bronx, NY. As a DACA recipient and a mom, living without the permanent protections citizenship provides makes me worried for my future and the future of my children. But it doesn’t have to be this way, Democrats in Congress have the power to deliver citizenship for millions, and across the country this week we’re demanding they deliver!
Last week, I put my body on the line and was arrested in front of the White House taking our demand for citizenship directly to President Biden and Vice President Harris.
This week, it’s your turn to take our demands directly to your Member of Congress’ home district. Around the country, folks are hosting rallies in their town outside of their Senator’s office. In fact, this Thursday in NYC we’re dropping a huge banner that Senate Majority Leader Schumer can’t miss! Can you join me in hosting an action for our “No Citizenship, No Rest!” Week of Action from now until Oct.17th?
