For nearly thirty years GLSEN has brought students, educators, advocates, and supporters together to do the urgent and demanding work to create affirming learning environments for LGBTQ+ students.

What we’ve accomplished together is testament to the power of our community —including supporters like you—and the trailblazing leadership of Eliza Byard.

This Thursday we will be honoring Eliza’s legacy during the virtual Respect Awards. This free event will celebrate LGBTQ+ students and advocates—and present our vision for safety, equity, and affirmation for students in K-12 schools nationwide.
