We’re still pinching ourselves that CCL’s preferred climate solution — carbon fee and dividend — looks like it will be included in the budget reconciliation package this Fall. But, it’s not in the bill yet. President Biden is actively working in budget negotiations. We need at least 6100 more people to contact him by this Friday, October 15th.
