Hi there --

This past summer, President Biden nominated Jonathan Kanter to lead the Department of Justice (DOJ)’s Antitrust Division. This division of the DOJ seeks to promote economic competition through enforcing and providing guidance on anti-monopoly or antitrust laws and principles.

With a deep legal experience and track record of taking on massive monopolies like Google, Jonathan Kanter is the right pick to put American consumers and small businesses ahead of corporate monopolies and Silicon Valley’s biggest tech companies.

Senators on both sides of the aisle agree. Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Thom Tillis (R-NC), and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) have all expressed their support for his confirmation to the DOJ. Like us, they believe Kanter will take on Big Tech and corporate monopolies to protect consumers and small businesses.

But now, those Big Tech companies and corporate interests are pushing back against his nomination. We need your help to send a strong and clear message to Congress. Call your senators to urge them to support Jonathan Kanter’s nomination as quickly as possible:

The swift confirmation of Jonathan Kanter to lead the Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division is necessary to reining in Big Tech and producing an open and competitive economy.

Take a minute and call your Senators now. Every call makes a difference.

Together, we’re going to take on monopoly power to protect consumers.

We appreciate your support,
