Thank you so much for signing our Food Poverty is not a Fair Trade petition. Your support adds urgency to our campaign and helps us to continue engaging the public and politicians on these vital issues.
As you’ll know, we started our Food Poverty is not a Fair Trade campaign because of the escalating cost of living crisis. As secretariat to the UK Trade and Business Commission, we’ve been working closely with trade experts and sector leaders to develop solutions to so many of the crises we’re now facing.
But we need the Government to listen before it’s too late.

If the Government fails to implement the Commission’s recommendations, and instead continues to push Britons into poverty through measures like Universal Credit cuts and National Insurance rises, our country will be permanently scarred by these damaging decisions.
