What are Deployments?

Deployments are fun weekend opportunities to support Republican candidates by reaching out to prospective voters at their doors. It’s a valuable and rewarding experience to talk to so many voters, and you’ll get the hang of it quicker than you think!

Travel expenses are covered and any necessary training is provided. Each deployment differs, but here’s what the weekend usually looks like.

  • Friday afternoon/evening departure

  • Saturday door knocking, voter contact and evening FUN!

  • Sunday morning door knocking then return to DC

You’ll get the chance to hang out with other Young Republicans and see a new area for the weekend! If you have any questions, contact our Vice Chair of Political Activities Gilbert Fiedler at [email protected].
