This email from yesterday is absolutely bananas so I wanted to make sure you saw it. Winsome Sears and Glenn Youngkin’s VA GOP are rallying with proud insurrectionists and Trump loyalists this Wednesday. I’ll be honest — with only 22 days left until Election Day, this sort of event has me worried.

This election is going to come down to the margins and an event like this — with right-wing extremists Steve Bannon and Amanda Chase headlining — could drive out GOP voters in droves. We’ve got to keep ramping up our early vote mobilization operations if we want to keep pace and that’s where you come in, friend.

Can I count on you to rush a contribution to help us fully fund our mobilization efforts so we can continue to get Democrats to the polls and keep Winsome Sears and her insurrectionist pals out of Virginia?

What do Steve Bannon and Amanda Chase have in common? They’re both insurrectionists and they’re both headed to Henrico this week to campaign for Winsome Sears and the Virginia GOP.

We’ll be honest, folks — this event has us worried, and here’s why:

• These folks are proud insurrectionists, right-wing extremists, and Trump loyalists. They do not represent the values of everyday, hardworking Virginians.
• The University of Mary Washington poll has Winsome Sears leading right now and with only a few weeks left until Election Day and Virginians already voting, this kind of event could be just what the VA GOP needs to sway undecided voters.
• National Republicans, special interest groups, and PACs continue to pour millions into the VA GOP’s war chest and with the fall fundraising slump we’re seeing, we’re having a hard time keeping pace.

We’ve still got time to turn this around but we’re going to need your help, folks. If we want to keep Winsome Sears and her insurrectionists friends out of Virginia politics, we’re going to have to seriously ramp up our Get Out the Vote operations. So that’s why we’re asking:

We’re still a little over $10,000 away from being able to fully fund our Early Vote Mobilization program. Can you rush a contribution to help us mobilize Democratic voters across Virginia and keep Trumpism out of our Commonwealth?
