My name is Zachary Moneypenny and I'm an organizer for Team Joe in Iowa.

It's my job to make sure that we're making real connections with voters and rallying support for Joe Biden, and we do that by making calls and knocking on doors.

We've got organizers just like me in all 99 counties and our goal is to make hundreds of thousands of voter contact attempts between now and February 3, 2020.

But I have to be honest with you -- resources are running low, and I'm worried we might not make it.

That's why I'm reaching out to you. Tomorrow marks 100 days until the Iowa Caucus and our HQ team set a $250,000 goal to support our efforts to reach every voter in Iowa -- but they say we're $100,000 short and we might not make it before the deadline.

Working in organizing, you learn how to be scrappy to get the job done.

We work hard to make the most of the resources we have -- printing call sheets and canvass packets on the fronts and backs, carpooling to phone banks, and re-using house party decorations.

But we've got to keep ramping up our ground game to win, and I want to be able to tell my team of volunteers that they're going to have everything they need to run amazing neighborhood programs.

There are only 101 days left until the Big Day. The outcome of this race will come down to the work we put in starting right now.
