11 Days

Election Day is in 11 days. And what happens over the next 11 days will determine the results we see after the polls close on November 5 in cities across Indiana.

Together, our work knocking on doors, making voter calls and talking with our neighbors over the next 11 days will determine if we elect more results-focused Republican leaders to serve our communities, or if we risk more Democrat-led debt and dysfunction.

This week, I’ve been in Grant, Huntington and Elkhart counties ([link removed][UNIQID]) supporting our local candidates for office, and while there, I saw firsthand the big impact Republicans like you can have in these final days.

How can you help? Here’s three quick ways:
1. Join for our final Super Saturday ([link removed][UNIQID]) , this week in Fort Wayne supporting mayoral candidate Tim Smith
2. Sign-up for a shift (or two, or three…) at the statewide phone bank at our Indiana GOP headquarters ([link removed][UNIQID]) in downtown Indy the weekend before the election
3. Reach out to your local party leaders ([link removed][UNIQID]) , and get plugged into the big Republican race in your community.

In 11 days, Republicans will show that hard work leads to winning. And that winning leads to great local government service for Hoosiers.

Governor Holcomb's Week That Was

Putting People First: In Terre Haute!

It's been another busy week for Governor Holcomb! He was in Terre Haute at two events that were all about Putting People First! Governor Holcomb stopped at Indiana State University to attend a luncheon benefiting ISU's partnership with Habitat for Humanity. Governor Holcomb also attended the Hamilton Awards Dinner in Terre Haute.
* Governor Holcomb attended a luncheon celebrating ISU's Habitat for Humanity partnership, as the university works to help increase home ownership in Terre Haute's Ryves neighborhood. At the event, ISU President Dr. Deborah Curtis announced that the university met its fundraising goal of $60,000. Governor Holcomb then joined President Curtis in a fireside chat at the luncheon, where they discussed topics ranging from housing to school safety.
* Governor Holcomb also attended the annual Hamilton Awards Dinner, hosted by the Hamilton Center. At the awards dinner, Governor Holcomb spoke about his work to attack Indiana's drug epidemic. The Hamilton Center works to help meet individuals' behavioral health and substance abuse needs.

Governor Holcomb is working hard to continue Putting People First in all corners of our state!
