I’ll be blunt folks — even if I become Governor, I won’t be able to make the progress Virginia needs with right wing Republicans serving as a roadblock in the House of Delegates.

It’s crucial we send a Democratic majority back to Richmond with me.

That’s why today instead of asking for a donation to my own campaign, I’m asking for you to show the same support you’ve so graciously given me for our Democratic legislative candidates.

Can I count on you to chip in $25 to help Virginia Democrats protect the progress our Democratic House and Senate have made over the last few years so we can hit the ground running in January and get to work making real change that’s going to benefit hard-working Virginians?

If Glenn Youngkin takes the Governor’s office, his fellow GOP extremists will take the legislature and begin rolling back all of the progress Democrats have made over the last few years.

It’s critical that we’re supporting candidates up and down the ballot across the Commonwealth — from Abingdon to Arlington to Accomack — because politics is a team sport. I’m going to need all of the help I can get in the House and Senate to fight for the issues that matter to Virginians
