On the one hand, you’ve got Terry McAuliffe. He’s got a vision for Virginia’s future — one where every single person has a chance to succeed, where working families get the support they need, and where voting rights and health care access aren’t even in question anymore.

On the other, there’s Glenn Youngkin. All he has is a truckload of money and the full-throated endorsement of Donald Trump.

We know what this is about. Virginia is Donald Trump’s first real shot at regaining relevance after his 2020 thumping. He’s already planning a run for re-election in 2024, and you’d better believe getting Glenn Youngkin elected this year is part of that plan.
