“Year after year, House Democrats have introduced bills to repeal Michigan’s archaic abortion ban, and year after year, Republicans have blocked those efforts. In the past, repealing this law may have been viewed as a principled gesture, but with recent attacks like the extreme anti-choice law passed in Texas, striking this void law has become a top priority.
