John,

When people give their hard-earned money to political campaigns, they do so in the belief that it will be used to fight for what they believe in on the campaign trail.

But GOP Colorado Rep. Lauren Boebert’s campaign used donor money to pay utility and rent bills, a flagrant violation of campaign finance law.

This isn’t the first time that she’s misused campaign funding. She’s failed to disclose her husband’s income as well as inflating personal reimbursements for mileage expenses during her last campaign.

We are keeping a watch on Republicans who are bad actors. Will you pitch in so Hank can keep Republicans accountable?

This is an example of why campaign finance transparency matters. Voters and donors have a right to know if candidates are misusing money. But if Republicans win control of Congress, they’ll be trying to pass laws that mask campaign finance reporting.

That’s why we need Democrats to stay in control, to continue fighting for transparency and ensuring free and fair elections in the U.S.

Will you help Democrats keep control of Congress so transparent elections continue?

Thank you,
