IJ is a uniquely effective force for freedom because of our multifaceted approach to public interest law. While filing and winning a record number of cases, we’re also using sophisticated media relations to elevate our cases, clients, and issues to national prominence.

This October, IJ’s YouTube channel reached 55,000 subscribers and our videos surpassed 15.5 million views. This level of attention will allow us to share news and information with an ever-growing audience.

IJ’s videos take terms like “civil forfeiture,” “occupational speech,” and “policing for profit,” and make them the focal point of sweeping public outrage. We are changing hearts, minds, and laws as a result. Our most popular videos include:

We also keep the channel updated with new content. For example, in the last seven days, we launched our newest video series, “Deep Dive with the Institute for Justice.” Aimed at friends of IJ just like you, these videos dig into the legal theories, strategies, and methods IJ uses to bring about real-world change.
