• Miyares voted against banning “no-knock search warrants,” the police tactic that contributed to the murder of Breonna Taylor.
• Miyares voted against marriage equality, discrimination protections, and against adding LGBTQ+ Virginians to our hate crime protections.
• Miyares voted to defund Planned Parenthood, voted against the Reproductive Health Protection Act, and voted for many other anti-choice bills.
