John, today I’m going to ask you to contribute $3 to my Democratic campaign to become the first woman of color elected to statewide office in Virginia — but first, let me explain how personal this race is to me.
I understand the issues because I’ve lived them.
When I was 2 years old, I lost my birth father to gun violence. Growing up, my family struggled to make ends meet. And when I became a young mother, my job didn’t offer any health insurance. Thankfully, my son and I qualified for Medicaid, which ended up saving his life.
I'm a Virginia delegate, a cyber-security expert, a single mom — and this November, I'll be Virginia’s first Afro-Latina woman and mom as Lieutenant Governor.
I believe our Commonwealth thrives when everyone has a seat at the table, and I’m running for office to make that happen.
I’m ready to get to work, but I can’t do it without you, John.
Will you chip in $3 today to help fund my historic campaign? We need to reach our 300 donor goal by midnight, and with Election Day just days away, every dollar counts!
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
