** The "how" not the "why": This week's COS at Home going to be "a little bit different"

Over the past 10 months, we've had some incredible guests join us for COS at Home. Lt. Col. Allen West, Senator Rick Santorum, Steve Deace, Rick Green, and many others have outlined our nation's most serious problems and why a Convention of States is our best solution.

But this week, we're going to do something a little different.

You understand why a Convention of States is important, but what do you know about the how? How is the Convention of States Project working to call a Convention of States, and how is our movement already addressing some of these problems?

We're looking for an experienced graphic designer and project manager to join our team as our new Creative Director. As the Creative Director, you'd be responsible for the following (among other things):
* Responds in a timely manner to graphic project requests and sets clear expectations and deadlines for project completions.
* Designs print media and web products.
* Reviews all creative materials produced on behalf of the organization for brand integrity and consistency.
* Prioritizes and manages projects from start to completion.
* Audits existing library of materials, reorganizes content, institutes filing systems and nomenclature.
* Manages workload and duties of design team members.
* Maintains the COS Branding page.
* Provides access to creative resources and ensures brand consistency among grassroots teams.
