determined to stand between us and the ballot box. This year, 48 state
legislatures introduced restrictive voting bills, which have passed in 18
of them so far, with more on the way.

But we are fighting back. Senate Democrats have introduced the Freedom to
Vote Act in Congress, and we need your help to urge your senators to
support this transformative bill. Your words will make all the difference
in convincing Congress to act in support of voting rights.

The Freedom to Vote Act sets national standards that increase access to
the ballot box, neutralizes partisan and racial gerrymandering, protects
our elections from interference, increases transparency in campaign
finance to prevent dark money from buying our politicians, and so much
more. Importantly, this bill would foil the vast majority of anti-voting
bills that have either already passed or are making their way through
state legislatures right now.

Although it may not always seem like it, your senators care a lot about
what your priorities are – and that’s why we need you to let them know
