Fellow Conservative,

The past few weeks have been busy on Capitol Hill, so thank you for putting in the time to stay informed and fight back against the radical Biden agenda. Your calls and letters really do make a difference.

On Thursday, Minority Leader Mitch McConnell announced a deal with Senate Democrats to increase the debt limit by $480 billion until December 3, 2021.

Senate Leader Schumer claimed Democrats didn’t have enough time before the Oct. 18 deadline to do this on their own through “reconciliation,” a process which requires only 51 votes in the Senate.

But Democrats have known about the Oct. 18 deadline for months, so the tight deadline was 100% a problem of their own making.

McConnell has given Schumer SIX more weeks of additional runway. So no more excuses. Democrats should solve this debt crisis on their own, through reconciliation. Democrats are the ones trying to spend trillions of dollars, and so they should be the ones to own the debt.

December 3––is poised to be an important deadline for THREE reasons:

  • Deadline to pass a long term debt limit increase through reconciliation.
  • Deadline to pass legislation to continue funding the government, or the federal government will enter a shutdown on December 4.
  • Democrats are still working to pass their $1.2 trillion “infrastructure” bill and their $3.5 trillion tax, debt, and spending bill. The negotiations of these two bills will also affect the negotiations over the debt limit and the funding of the federal government.

In the end, all these issues are tied together by the common themes of “debt, taxes, and spending.”

Thanks to your efforts, Democrats are really struggling to pass their reckless $5+ trillion in new spending.

The most radical elements of the Democratic party in the House have stood their ground against Pelosi and refused to pass the $1.2 trillion ‘infrastructure’ bill until a deal is reached on the larger $3.5 trillion bill.

Meanwhile, Senators Manchin (D-W.Va.) and Sinema (D-Ariz.) still seem unwilling to pass a spending bill as large as $3.5 trillion, with provisions that would raise taxes on families and businesses, tax prescription drugs, and gut the energy industry in Appalachia.

As a reminder, the $1.2 trillion infrastructure bill will add $250 billion to the national debt, and only one-tenth of the bill’s total is for roads and bridges.

The $3.5 trillion tax, debt, and spending bill will skyrocket inflation, add well over a trillion to the debt, implement Green New Deal mandates, and be the largest expansion of the welfare state since LBJ.

On Wednesday, Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke testified in the Senate regarding H.R. 4 and it’s companion bill in the Senate.

Clarke continued to show the DOJ’s radical lurch to the Left in the Biden era.

Clarke refused to contradict AG Merrick Garland’s recent memorandum threatening to treat parents at school board meetings as domestic terrorists.

She refused to say whether Antifa are domestic terrorists.

And she refused to say that voter ID laws are not racist.

This is an important reminder about the Democrats’ efforts in Congress to federalize election law. In Biden’s America under H.R. 4, liberal bureaucrats like Kristen Clarke will have the ability to strike down any election integrity law that states pass––including voter ID.

While Democrats seek to transform America with more than $5 Trillion in new spending programs, they also continue to try to rig the election laws in their favor, so they can stay in power forever.

That’s why we need to stay vigilant and keep pressuring Congress to reject any federal takeover of our elections!

>>Call Congress to Stop H.R. 4

Thank you for all that you do. Your efforts have put Democrats into a corner on their radical economic agenda.

We must keep it that way.

Enjoy the Columbus Day holiday!
