VoteVets spends a lot of money on elections and on issue advocacy. In fact, we are one of the top outside-spending organizations in America.

Sadly, the rest of that list is mostly Republican groups. VoteVets is one of the only progressive organizations on the list going toe-to-toe with those right-wing groups. And we're able to do so because our brand allows us to run ads and get involved in states and races most progressive groups just can't.

But here is the truth: with this impeachment fight heating up and a number of critical elections (beating McConnell, electing Mark Kelly and more), we are short of the goals needed to fund our programs effectively. Not great.

So with the prospect of impeaching Trump and replacing McConnell on the line, we need to ask you to help us close that gap. Here it goes:

Last cycle, we ran ads defending Tammy Baldwin against attacks saying she was bad for veterans. We almost single-handedly flipped the Florida Senate race against Rick Scott. We were effective in Michigan. These are states we need to win in 2020.
