The clock has hit zero and it's no surprise that Trump’s MAGA minions failed to legally comply with the subpoenas from the January 6th Commission.

While Bannon and co. are flaunting their refusal to comply, members of the January 6th Commission are promising to hold them in contempt and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law. But with Trump explicitly giving orders to his cronies not to comply with the commission, it's obvious the plan is to deploy his entire legal arsenal to try to delay any consequences and major revelations until after the midterms.

Trump knows this is a losing legal battle, but as the evidence begins to pile up, he is gambling that he can hold out on the legal front until we lose our House majority and The 147 are able to vote the January 6th Commission out of existence and sweep the truth behind the insurrection under the rug forever. In order for the January 6th Commission to reveal the truth and hold The 147 accountable, we have to win the midterms.
