Check out words and images from last week's rallies.

DEVELOPING: A federal district court has granted a preliminary injunction to block enforcement of Texas's six-week abortion ban, S.B. 8. The ruling restores the protections of the U.S. Constitution to millions of Texans, where the abortion ban has been in effect since the Supreme Court's inaction allowed it to take effect on September 1.

This is an important first step, but this is only temporary. Texas has already appealed this decision, and it may be reversed by the court of appeals. There is still a long road ahead to restoring and maintaining abortion access in Texas. The nationwide movement to protect access to abortion is growing, and we need you with us.

It's been a week since tens of thousands of people took to the streets to demand abortion justice at more than 600 rallies nationwide. I'm still. So. Fired. Up!

If you made it to a rally, thank you. We're so proud that October 2 reflected the diversity of our movement, and that you were part of it. We need lawmakers to see our movement in action.

Couldn't make it? There will be plenty of ways to get involved in the weeks ahead. Keep reading your Planned Parenthood emails to stay engaged.

For now, enjoy some of these images and words from Saturday and share them with family and friends. Our movement is strong, but we need it to grow.
