While we do the critical work of registering folks to vote, voter suppression bills continue to be introduced -- and passed -- in state legislatures across the country. These bad bills do everything from making it difficult to cast mail ballots and limiting access to drop boxes, to outlawing the distribution of water and food to people waiting in line at the polls. In short: the attacks keep coming.

Registering voters is half of the battle, but passing federal voting rights legislation is critical to combating these attacks.
