John, I am horrified by my opponent’s recent remarks.

Winsome Sears has refused to publicly state her vaccination status — she went so far as to say it was time to “leave people be” on the subject.

It’s no question: This election is a life or death matter.

My extreme opponent’s blatant disregard for science has real consequences for Virginians. Misinformation and evasiveness has no place in our Commonwealth.

This is my pledge to you, John: As your Lt. Governor, I will always listen to the science — because it is what’s best for Virginia and the only way to build back better from this pandemic.

I was proud to get vaccinated, because leadership is standing up for what is right, leading by example, and prioritizing the well‑being of your peers.

Winsome Sears has shown her true colors — and none of these qualities.
