This is a major victory, friend.

A federal judge just blocked the extreme Texas abortion law, temporarily securing the right to access a safe, legal abortion for millions of women.

After Texas’s governor signed one of the most restrictive bills in the country into law, Josh joined a brief to protect women's reproductive rights and support the Department of Justice’s legal challenge. We’re proud to have joined the brief in this case that helped result in this decision.

But this ruling is only temporary. The Supreme Court will hear arguments on a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade in December, and we need to be ready to defend the constitutional right to bodily autonomy once and for all.

Josh is committed to doing everything in his power to allow women to make their own health care decisions. But we need to prepare for the fights ahead now.
