Dear John,
The Trump administration is back in court in Texas attempting to dismantle the Affordable Care Act (ACA) yet again, and the effects of the court's decision will be crucial. This isn't the first time we've had to fight back against these attacks. Sign our petition and join Senator Chris Coons in defending access to health care for millions of Americans. Senator Chris Coons is focused on finding solutions to fix our health care system by improving existing coverage, not taking it away. But instead of working together to improve our health care system, the Trump administration has repeatedly tried to repeal the ACA in Congress and the courts without any replacement plan. The Trump-backed lawsuit, Texas v. United States, could strike down every last provision of the ACA, including protections for as many as 133 million Americans with pre-existing conditions.
