Friend,

Last week, President Biden was supposed to come to Illinois but it was rescheduled for yesterday. We knew our governor wouldn't miss the opportunity to be seen next to this president.

Between the two of them, one is trying to build up support for vaccine mandates and a social spending plan and infrastructure package that would cost $4.5 trillion, and the other thinks supporting special interest groups, increasing spending and taxes, and letting criminals off the hook making our communities less safe is what good leadership looks like.

Together, those two are failing at leadership and Illinoisans deserve better.

Over the last week from Iroquois County to Williamson County to DuPage County, I shared with people what real leadership would look like—protecting the rights of parents and their children, finding real solutions to our crime problems in Chicago, and putting the interests of the people of Illinois first not special interests.

Being on the campaign trail and visiting every corner of this state is a grind, but leaders don't sit on the sideline. I'm stepping up for you so we can renew Illinois!

S/F,

Paul Schimpf

Volunteer of the Week

This week's volunteer to single out is Jeremy Jones. A fellow Jarhead, Jeremy is our director for Montgomery County. He also is handling getting our signage out in areas between Springfield and the Metro East.

Thank you, Jeremy, for your friendship and support!

In the News

I joined "Part of the Answer with Dan Ehrman" on WIND AM 560 to talk about our campaign and my experience as a veteran, prosecutor, and state senator.

Social Media Spotlight

Illinoisans had a lot to say on how Governor Pritzker is complicit in Cook County State's Attorney Kim Foxx's lack of authority to keep residents safe.

You can trust I will stand with our law enforcement and work to keep our kids, neighborhoods, and communities safe.
