When are T-shirts considered prohibited electioneering?

 

Until last week, Texas law prohibited voters from wearing an Obama or Reagan T-shirt—or anything deemed by an election worker as “electioneering” for or against any candidate, political party, or measure—past, present, and future, in polling places.
