John,
Together, we’re not just fighting for Medicare for All through the presidential debates and in the halls of Congress. One critical way that we’re increasing support and educating the American people is through our local governments.
This week, Social Security Works and our allies are launching a Medicare for All week of action, and we’re kicking it off Monday night with a virtual town hall with Representatives Ilhan Omar (D-MN) and Ayanna Pressley (D-MA).
Click here to RSVP for the Medicare for All virtual town hall with Reps. Ilhan Omar and Ayanna Pressley Monday, October 28 at 8pm ET.

This town hall will provide us with the next steps to grow our movement―by passing local resolutions in support of Medicare for All. This is how we’re bringing our national effort to a local level, which will be critical to adding even more voters and elected leaders to our movement.
Join Reps. Omar and Pressley this Monday night for a Medicare for All virtual town hall. RSVP today!
The American people are demanding that our political leaders improve Medicare and expand it to cover everyone. Thanks to you, the House has already held historic, first-ever hearings on Medicare for All.
But even while there is a record level of support in Congress for the Medicare for All Act of 2019, there is a lot more organizing and educating that we must do in order to counter the disinformation campaign being waged by the health care industry.
RSVP for Monday night’s virtual town hall and power our movement to pass Medicare for All!
Thank you,
Alex Lawson Social Security Works
