John, I have good news: My Senate colleagues and I have introduced the Freedom to Vote Act, which will set basic national voting standards to ensure every American can cast their ballot in the way that works best for them -- regardless of their zip code.

If you agree that it is imperative to protect voting rights, will you chip in today to support our work?

Right now, the situation regarding voter suppression unfolding across our country is one of utter chaos. As my friend and colleague Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock has said, it’s clear that “Some people don’t want some people to vote.”

This new legislation will create clear, federal standards to ensure the right to vote is protected in every corner of the country. It will also elevate the voices of voters by ending partisan gerrymandering.

I’m proud to be part of this critical work to uphold voting rights and defend democracy. If you’d like to join our fight, please, chip in whatever you can today.
