Dear Friend, Last November, we took on one of the biggest challenges of our lives, and won a key victory for America by evicting Donald Trump from the White House. We all hoped that decisive victory would be a turning point, and that we could collectively catch our breath while more sane leaders took the helm. What we learned instead is that democracy isn’t won in a single day, it is earned by constant vigilance. Next week, we’re revealing the next fight for the Renew America Movement: Our list of ‘Renewers’ we’re working to send back to Congress. These Renewers are 21 proven patriots, Republican, Democrat and Independent, who have lived up to their commitment to the Constitution and stood fast against extremism in their party. Renewers are senators and Members of Congress and Senators who can be unifying and principled leaders who have thereby earned our support. The list of Renewers isn’t as long as we’d like. That’s why we have to defend the good leaders we have while we recruit a new generation of Renewers who can defeat the extremists and put our politics back on stable footing. This will be a long fight, but with all of us working together, it is a fight I know we can win. Tune in October 14th at 3pm ET to see if your Representative made the list.
