Madison Cawthorn is openly calling for a holy war against the United States government:

“As men and women of faith, we have a duty to stand against tyranny ... It is time for the American Christian church to come out of the shadows...”

He has suggested there could be “bloodshed” over future elections and continues to push the Big Lie that Trump won in 2020. After rhetoric like this led to an insurrection at our Capitol, we need to take these threats very seriously.
