Trump
came to Georgia not too long ago, and held a mega-rally to spread
his Big Lies. We’ve become accustomed to him calling his loss in
the 2020 election rigged, itself a dangerous sign for democracy.

But
what was even more concerning was the fact that he now has
followers running for office also calling the last election
illegitimate, and promising to ensure Trump won’t lose Georgia in
2024.

That’s why we need to stand fast and keep Georgia blue. We work
to organize in key districts that flipped the state in 2020,
would you pitch in so we can expand our work and stop Trump
loyalists from taking office?

Trump: “The most corrupt election in the history of our country,
most corrupt election in the history of most countries, to be
followed by an even more glorious victory in November 2024.”

Governor candidate Vernon Jones: “We have to audit the
votes...It’s time to uncover that lie.”

Lieutenant governor candidate Burt Jones: “Thank you [Trump] so
much for your endorsement. I can assure you, had I been the
lieutenant governor, we would have gotten to the bottom of this
thing.”

Secretary of state candidate Jody Hice: “Nobody understands the
disaster of the lack of election integrity like the people of
Georgia and now is our hour to take it back...We’ve got
incredible leadership from Mr. Trump and we need this kind of
leadership again...the greatest president in our lifetime, the
greatest fighter of our lifetime. God bless you, sir.”

This
is what we’re up against. A group of Trump loyalists who will
stop at nothing to reinstate him as President in 2024. These
races will be won and lost over the next year, starting now.
