It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Fred Rangel, Bexar GOP and State Republican Executive Committeeman (SREC) and offer our continued prayers for the repose of his soul and for his family. Fred, was the epitome of strength, virtue, and grace and we will miss his servant leadership, his guidance, and constant goodness. May God console Fred's family and friends during this time and the months and years to come. May Fred rest with his faith, hope, and love in eternity with God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. May God grant Fred eternal peace and comfort.
