Durham is one of North Carolina’s most important metropolitan areas, and the deadline to register to vote in the Durham mayoral election is October 8 -- just two days from now!

It’s so important that we engage voters ahead of these local elections because research shows that voters who turn out for off-year elections will turn out again year after year . And to flip states like North Carolina blue, we need a huge number of young Latinos to become faithful, consistent voters.
