Hi John — so much to report this week. Attempted selfies, the end of our third quarter of the campaign, and of course, a little bit of time on the road. 🚗💨

First up, Gisele + I had an insanely awesome time at the Pennsylvania Cannabis Festival. Picture it: Thousands of people from every walk of life, gathering in a deep 🔴 county who all agree it’s time for Legal Weed.

Yesterday, we sent out a survey to you, our supporters, asking if you thought legal weed should be a priority for our campaign. Overwhelmingly, 84% of you agreed that it is a center-most issue to our fight.

We agree. It’s time, Pennsylvania. It’s a plant. Not a crime.

Legal Weed is truly bipartisan. It’s all at once: A Farm Bill. A Criminal Justice Bill. A Good Jobs Bill. A Veterans Bill. A Revenue Bill. If you agree, I hope you’ll consider chipping in to our campaign to make legal weed a reality for PA + USA.

Back on the road at our second stop, Gisele and I had the honor of speaking at the Women’s March in Reading, PA. Our call to action? Mass mobilization — passing the Women’s Health Protection Act and standing up for abortion justice.

Make no mistake, the GOP dreams of turning PA into the next TX. My promise to you, as your LG + your next senator: I will fight tooth and and nail for the right to a safe, accessible, and affordable abortion. Roe v. Wade and the right to an abortion is fundamental.

It’s been a big week, John. As we move into the next quarter of this campaign, I am committed as ever to the values that our fight was founded on.

Voting rights. Abortion rights. A living wage. The PRO Act. Infrastructure + Universal Pre-K + Family Leave.
