LDAD has joined with prominent members of the DC Bar to file an ethics complaint against former Assistant Attorney General Jeffrey B. Clark. The detailed and meticulously analyzed complaint calls for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel of the DC Bar to discipline Mr. Clark for his extraordinary unethical conduct concerning the 2020 presidential election.
Distinguished signers of the complaint include former DOJ officials from Republican and Democratic administrations, past bar presidents, legal scholars, and ethics experts. The Hill's John Kruzel has published a detailed article covering the complaint, which we encourage you to read and share. Other news coverage can be found on the In the News tab of our website.
We hope you will support this work and LDAD’s future endeavors to protect our democratic institutions and hold lawyers accountable by contributing financially to our cause.
We will be in touch with updates as we have them.
Thank you and keep the faith,
