WALK AGAINST SUICIDE WITH CALM
There's less than a month until we take to the streets to smash the silence around suicide and deal with grief differently and defiantly. And we want you to join us. There's just two weeks left to register, so sign up now to get your place.
"It’s a way to remember, but also a way to raise money and awareness”
TANJU'S STORY
This year will be Tanju’s second Lost Hours Walk to remember her son Turan. They’ll be zipping up their pink hoodies and holding their Lost Hours Walk scarves high in a walk that’s fast becoming part of their family traditions.
We're chuffed to announce that this year's Lost Hours Walk London is supported by Virgin Active. Watch this space for more from their top notch team of exercise experts.
DONATE TO THE LOST HOURS WALK
Can't take part this year but still looking to make an impact. You can donate to the Lost Hours Walk and help us reach our £300,000 target. It's quick and easy, and will help CALM continue to provide our life-saving helpline and webchat.
