What. A. Month.

I am absolutely astounded by the outpouring of support we have received over the last 30 days.

Because of you the Center for American Liberty is growing faster and taking on more cases than ever, and I cannot thank you enough.

Here are just a few highlights from September:

We announced that we’d be aggressively pursuing litigation against vaccine mandates after the Biden Administration unveiled their tyrannical vaccine policy.

Then we kept our promise and filed a suit against Montgomery County Public Schools, in Maryland for refusing to even consider employees’ request for religious accommodations...

And we won. MCPS backed down before the case could even go to trial and is now accepting requests for religious accommodations.

We filed a lawsuit against the US Capitol Police Board for its refusal to allow Rev. Patrick Mahoney to organize a prayer vigil, on the 20th anniversary of September 11th, on the U.S. Capitol grounds—even though they allowed radicals like Cori Bush to hold “woke” protests at the same location.

And now, thanks to you - we’re prepared to start October STRONGER THAN EVER.

John, the cases we’ve taken and the victories we’ve had so far are just the tip of the iceberg.

With the new staff members we announced at the end of August, we’re ready to take on more cases than ever and AGGRESSIVELY pursue and shut down unconstitutional behavior from all levels of government.

This goes without saying, but you are an integral part of our success. We wouldn’t be where we are without you, and we could not be making measurable progress in safeguarding your, and our, civil liberties.
