Folks — It’s time to expand the Supreme Court.

I just announced that I’m the first Senate co-sponsor of Senator Ed Markey’s bill to expand the Supreme Court in order to restore balance to the Judiciary.

The Supreme Court is drastically out of step with the American people — especially after Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stole two seats. The number of seats on the Court has changed several times before, and it needs to change again.

It’s time to expand the number of Supreme Court justices. If you’re with me, add your name to join me as a citizen co-sponsor of our bill to expand the Court.

The conservative majority on the Supreme Court does not represent the views of most Americans.

And with the outdated Senate filibuster holding up progress in Congress, a minority of just 41 Senators have the ability to stop any and all legislation from passing through regular order.

We need to expand the number of Supreme Court justices — because even if we eliminate the filibuster, the corrupted conservative majority can still strike down virtually all of our progressive legislative priorities.
