Join us THIS SATURDAY as we celebrate our 35th anniversary!

It doesn't seem so long ago that we rescued Hilda sheep from a deadpile at the now-defunct Lancaster Stockyard. But when you look at how far this grassroots movement has
come since 1986-and what we've accomplished together-it's often hard to believe it's only been 35 years!

At this virtual event, we'll look back on 35 years of rescue, education and advocacy. We'll also look ahead to the work involved in creating a more just and compassionate food system.

Featuring:

* Stories of community, survival, hard-won victories, and joy.

* Special guests John Lewis, Dominick Thompson, Bob Weir, and Paul Wesley.

* Appearances by Kate Mara, Alec Baldwin, Ellen DeGeneres, and more.

* Amazing changemakers Brenda Sanders of Thrive Baltimore, Afro-Vegan Society, Vegan Soulfest, and Greener Kitchen and Maggie Baird of Support + Feed.
