Last week was one of the most consequential weeks in Congress. But corporate Democrats backed by the ultrawealthy, and emboldened by corporate PAC money, obstructed progressives. And now the future of Medicare expansion, corporate tax increases, universal pre-k, and so much more is on the line.

Corporate Democrats have been working hard to stop us: From Joe Manchin and Kyrsten’s Sinema’s 11th-hour attempt to derail Bernie’s reconciliation package, Kathleen Rice’s shameful vote to stop lower drug prices, or Henry Cuellar and Josh Gottheimer’s corporate-backed obstruction.

Democrats have failed to deliver on any of the policy promises they have campaigned on. And by not passing the $3.5 trillion reconciliation package, corporate Democrats are failing the American people.
