Last week we sent out more than 69,000 texts to voters in District 4 in support of the progressive reconciliation bill that can give us better climate action that we desperately need. We wouldn’t have been able to accomplish this without volunteers like you, so thank you.

 

We’re back at it again this week, contacting voters in support of cannabis legalization! Today in Maryland we still experience about 15,000 arrests per year from cannabis. 18 other states and DC have already legalized cannabis and none have suffered the ill-effects that legalization opponents claimed. That is why this Thursday we are making calls into Speaker Jones district to get constituents to contact her and urge her to ensure cannabis legalization becomes law next year.
