We’ve been officially subpoenaed
by Pelosi’s hit squad, the January 6th Select Committee. We have been
summoned to appear October 13th in DC.

Then we are scheduled to be
deposed by the committee on October 29th so we will have to go right
back to DC 2 weeks later.

I am not worried about testifying or
turning over the documents they've requested because we did nothing
wrong and were only exercising our 1st Amendment right at a permitted
rally.

But this is what I am really worried about...

We are not
wealthy and we do not have tens of thousands of dollars to pay for
attorney to deal with this subpoena. And even though the truth is on our
side, we must have legal counsel to represent us in this matter.

In
the past day or so, members of the committee have been talking with the
press and are already threatening "criminal referrals" to the DOJ for
those that they have subpoenaed, but aren't cooperating.

I can't
believe this is where we are, but it could be something as simple as
asking a question and getting an answer they do not like.

They could
ask if we think the election was stolen and when we answer them
truthfully and say it was stolen, they can say we aren't cooperating and
send a criminal referral to the DOJ.

You and I both know they can
send a criminal referral even if we didn't do anything wrong. Look no
further than the political prisoners being held in the DC jail for
months without being charged with anything.

This is a witch-hunt and
we must protect ourselves by having a legal team that will stand up to
this tyrannical overreach of the federal government.

That's why I am
writing you this morning...to ask if you will PLEASE make a generous

again, the federal government is being weaponized against US citizens.
They aren’t interested in getting to the truth of what really happened
that day at the US Capitol, because if they were they’d subpoena Pelosi
herself.

We did nothing wrong, but this is going to cost us a
fortune.

They want more from WFAF (Kylie and me) than anyone else.
They want all of our communications from November 1, 2020 to present
day, including all information and records pertaining to the Nov 14th
rally, Dec 12th rally, the two March for Trump bus tours and finally,
the rally at the Ellipse on January 6th.

It doesn't matter how
ridiculous and overreaching the subpoena is, we have no other
alternative than to comply.

legal bills and Kylie is too, but they will not silence us.

They are
trying to intimidate us and make us shut up and go away. But we aren’t
going anywhere.

We have to stand up for our constitutional rights and
the First Amendment.

As a matter of fact, now is the time to double
down and stand for freedom and liberty.
