Landscape restoration entrepreneurs in Africa can generate innovative change, but only with access to predictable and affordable funding. Currently, while funders have committed over $16 billion to restore Africa’s degraded land, most of the money doesn’t reach the people on the ground who do the hard work of land restoration. It’s time to close the funding gap and ensure locally run restoration projects receive funding that can help restore 100 million hectares of land by 2030. Read more.
